• Non-Transferable Payments: Payments made for any package, service, or product are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Pre-Payment Terms: Full or partial pre-payment is required for all services to initiate the project. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.

• Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If ABLE Publishing Press is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen internal issues.

  • If a cancellation is requested before any work has commenced, at the sole discretion of ABLE Publishing Press.

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the execution of services. Delays or changes due to client-provided materials or instructions will not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Dispute Resolution: Should you have concerns or disputes regarding the quality of services provided, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. Adjustments or revisions may be offered at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.
